Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has announced that a new 14-lane road will be built to reduce traffic pressure on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. This road is proposed near Atal Setu and its construction will reduce traffic on the expressway by 50%.

Gadkari said that this road will be connected to Pune through a ring road, which will reduce traffic pressure and make travel easier. On this occasion, Gadkari also discussed plans for roads between Mumbai-Bengaluru.

He said that there is a lot of traffic on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, which causes problems in commuting. This new 14-lane road will solve this problem and make people’s travel easier.

With the construction of this road, the traffic pressure on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway will be reduced by half, which will provide great relief to the passengers and also reduce the problem of traffic jams.
