Nitish Kumar's big announcement before Bihar elections, old age-fidelity pension increased by Rs 700 per month

The Bihar government has made a big announcement before the election. CM Nitish Kumar has now said to give a pension of Rs 1100 instead of Rs 400 to widow women, old people and disabled people under the Social Security Pension Scheme. All the beneficiaries will get pension from the month of July at an increased rate.

Nitish Kumar himself has posted this on his X account. He said, “I am happy to stating that widow women, old people and disabled people will now get a pension of Rs 1100 instead of Rs 400 every month. All the beneficiaries will get pension from the month of July.

CM Nitish has also said that old people are precious part of the society and it is our top priority to ensure their respectable living. The state government will be constantly trying in this direction.

Before the election, this announcement of CM Nitish can prove to be very effective for the government in Bihar elections, because the opposition was often attacked by the government on these schemes, raising the issue of common people. Now the government has reduced the amount more than three harsh under the Social Security Pension Scheme, which will prove to be a large extent for the poor and helpless sections.
