Jammu and Kashmir CM Umar Abdullah issued an advisory saying that it is heartbreaking to see the migration of our guests from the valley after a tragic terror attack in Pahalgam, we fully understand why people want to go. DGCA and Ministry of Civil Aviation are working to organize additional flights. I have instructed the administration to facilitate traffic between Srinagar and Jammu so that tourists can get out. This must be done in a controlled and systematic manner as the road is still unstable in many places and we are working hard to remove all trapped vehicles. We will not be able to allow the completely free movement of vehicles at this time and we hope that everyone will support us.
