New Delhi. The troubles of SP MP Ziaur Rahman Burke, accused of the recent violence in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, have increased further. In fact, a notice has been issued by Sambhal Tehsil regarding his under-construction house, in which it has been said that the construction work will be done without getting the map passed. In the notice, the SP MP has been asked to immediately stop the construction work and present the map of the newly constructed house before the SDM. Today is the last day to respond to the notice. MP Barke is getting a house constructed in Deepa Sarai of Nakhasa police station area.
The notice states that if the map is not submitted, a fine of Rs 10,000 will be imposed on the SP MP. At the same time, if the construction work of the house is not stopped, there can be a fine and punishment of Rs 500 per day. Let us tell you that violence had erupted recently in Sambhal regarding the survey of Jama Masjid. Police allege that SP MP Burke had instigated the mob to commit violence. Police have also registered an FIR in the name of SP MP Burke. A case has also been registered against approximately 800 unknown people involved in the violence.
Regarding Jama Masjid, Hindus have claimed that it was formerly Harihar Temple, regarding which a petition was filed in the court. The court ordered a survey of the mosque. Once the survey was done, but when again the police and ASI team reached Jama Masjid for the survey, a large number of Muslim people gathered there and violence broke out within no time. Four people were killed in this violence while more than 30 people were injured. The CO was also shot in the leg and the SDM’s leg was fractured.
