Fati Assad was the kingpin of the interstate Chhemar gang. The UP police had been looking for him for a long time. Fati Asad was reported behind ATV in the highway police station area of Mathura. On this, the police laid a trap to catch him. When Fati Assad came with his comrades, the police asked him to surrender. On this, Fati Asad and his associates fired on the police.
