Now Conspiracy To Derail Doon Express: Now a conspiracy to overturn Doon Express, iron pillar found on railway track in Rampur

New Delhi. Once again a conspiracy to derail a train has come to light in UP. In Rampur, a 7 meter long electric pole was found placed on the track to derail the Doon Express (12091). The loco pilot stopped the train by applying emergency brakes and the accident was averted. This incident took place on Wednesday night around 11 on the Bilaspur-Rudrapur railway line. The GRP has registered a case and started investigating the matter. On the basis of suspicion, the GRP has detained three people living in the colony on the side of the track and they are being questioned.

According to the information, when the Doon Express (12091) running between Kathgodam and Dehradun in Uttarakhand was passing through Bilaspur-Rudrapur railway line in Rampur on Wednesday night, the driver of the train saw an iron pillar on the track. The driver stopped the train by applying emergency brakes and informed the station master. After this, Rampur SP along with GRP, RPF also reached the spot. After investigation, the pillar was removed from there and the train was sent off after about half an hour.

Earlier, recently, a conspiracy to overturn a train has come to light in Kanpur, Deoria and Ghazipur in UP. A conspiracy to derail a train was also hatched in Ajmer, Rajasthan. In Kanpur, unknown people had placed a filled cylinder on the railway track to overturn the Kalindi Express. Apart from this, a glass bottle with a cloth wick, matchsticks and a suspicious bag were found at the spot. It has come to light that ISIS is involved in this case. In Ghazipur, a conspiracy was hatched to overturn the Swatantrata Senani Super Fast Express by placing a large wooden block on the railway track. On the other hand, two cement blocks were placed on the railway track between Saradhana-Bangar village in Ajmer with the intention of derailing the train. However, the engine of the goods train passing through there broke the cement block and moved ahead and the train was saved from overturning.
