New Delhi. The Shimla Municipal Corporation Commissioner Court today gave a big verdict in a dispute over Sanjauli Mosque located in Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. The court, while shocking the Muslim side, issued an order to break the remaining two floors of the Sanjauli Mosque. In fact, the Waqf Board could neither present the mosque’s land in the court of ownership nor the map of the mosque construction, due to which the court considered the mosque to be illegal. Municipal Corporation Commissioner Bhupinder Atri said that the entire mosque rules have been made bypassing it, so it should be demolished.
Explain that in September last year, Hindu organizations raised the issue without passing the map and accused of constructing a five -storey in the mosque without permission for construction work. Hindu organizations in Shimla had also protested and the market was also closed on the matter. Seeing the controversy growing, the Masjid Committee offered to demolish the part of the illegal part. However, the court later ordered the demolition of the upper three floors of the mosque.

On the other hand, on this whole matter, Imam Shahzad of the mosque says that it has already been constructed before 1947. On the other hand, locals say that earlier there was a small mosque which was raw and only two families of a particular community lived here, but in a few years a large number of outsiders settled here. These outsiders built the multi -storey mosque here without permission. Not only this, on the day of Jumme, there is such a crowd here that it becomes difficult to get out of the road jam. The ministers of the Congress government of Himachal also had a rage on this matter.
