New Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal, the head of the Aam Aadmi Party and former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, may once again be in trouble. The Rouse Awardu Court of Delhi has ordered an FIR against Arvind Kejriwal on charges of misuse of public money. The court has also accepted the demand of registering an FIR on former AAP MLA Gulab Singh and Nitika Sharma, who was a councilor from Dwarka in Delhi. The court has asked the Delhi Police to implement its order by 18 March and submit the report.
Arvind Kejriwal, Gulab Singh and Nikita Sharma are accused of deliberately misused public money by installing large hoardings at many places in Delhi. In 2019, a complaint was filed against Arvind Kejriwal and other leaders of his party in this case. Hearing the complaint, the court accepted the demand for registering an FIR against him. However, it was rejected by the Magistrate Court after registering a complaint in this case. The complainant then turned to the Sessions Court and went there and filed a revision petition. Taking cognizance of the petition, the Sessions Court sent it again to the Magistrate Court. Also asked whether it is a case of cognizable offense or not.
Let us tell you that recently an FIR has been registered against Kejriwal at the Shahabad police station in Haryana. The Haryana government was lodged against Kejriwal’s charge of merging the Yamuna river water in the water of the Yamuna river. Now the court had ordered another FIR to register. Already, the legal grip on Arvind Kejriwal, who is out on bail in the liquor scam, is constantly being tightened. At the same time, after losing the election in Delhi, Kejriwal’s stars are already in pride. Currently, Kejriwal is in a Vipassana center in Punjab.
