India criticized Pakistan at the United Nations and said that it had illegally occupied the terrain of Jammu and Kashmir, which it would have to vacate.
These comments were made in an open debate by the United Nations Security Council on Monday by India’s permanent representative Ambassador to the United Nations to promote adaptability in the United Nations peace campaigns.
Harish said, “Jammu and Kashmir was an integral part of India, and always. Pakistan has continued to illegally occupy the area of Jammu and Kashmir, which it will have to vacate.”
Harish’s strong reply of Harish came after Pakistan raised the issue of Jammu and Kashmir during the UN Security Council’s open debate. Harish said that India is bound to know that the representative of Pakistan has once again made “unfair remarks” on the Indian Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
Harish said, “Such repeated mentioned repeated mentioned neither legitimizing his illegal claims nor his state sponsored border terrorism.”
He further said, “We would advise Pakistan not to try to distract the attention of this platform to carry forward its narrow and divisive agenda.”
He insisted that India will avoid exercising the right to give more detailed answers.
The relations between India and Pakistan have declined after India canceled on August 5, 2019 after cancellation of Article 370 of the Constitution, ending the special status of Jammu and Kashmir and dividing the state into two union territories.
India has repeatedly stated that it wants a general neighbor relationship with Pakistan in an environment free from terror, enmity and violence.
