Officials said that businesses, pilgrimages, visitors or tourist visas were instructed to leave the country by Saturday evening, while individuals on medical visas have been given time till April 29. On the Attari border in Punjab, Protocol Officer Arun Pal confirmed the move, saying, “Today is the last date for those for business, pilgrimage, visitors, or tourism visas. They have to get out on medical visa by 29 April.”
230 Pakistani citizens in Telangana
Telangana DGP Jitender said that, according to official records, there are mainly 230 Pakistani citizens in Hyderabad, Telangana. Of these, 199 people have been given long -term visas, which is usually issued to those who have been married to Indian citizens or have blood relations between them. Apart from this, the rest are present on medical, business or short -term visas. Officials have directed Pakistani citizens to release on medical visas by 29 April.
92 Pakistani citizens in Karnataka
According to the information, 92 Pakistani citizens are currently living in Karnataka, who are in Mysuru, Uttara Kannada, Tamakuru and Davanagare districts. Of these, there are only four people who do not have long term visas. He has been instructed to leave India immediately. Police said that contact with these people has been established and asked to follow the instructions without delay. Please tell that these include 12 women and 3 children.
