New Delhi. Purnia MP and Jan Adhikar Party President Pappu Yadav received death threats from the notorious Aman Sahu gang of Jharkhand on Monday. Pappu Yadav gave information about this matter to the police and demanded to increase security. Pappu Yadav said, “I have received a threat, I have informed this to the DGP.” Pappu Yadav had earlier described Lawrence Bishnoi as a ‘two taka criminal’ on social media. After this statement, the operatives of Aman Sahu gang threatened Pappu Yadav on social media.

Demand to increase security, questions raised on Central and Bihar government

Pappu Yadav has written a letter to the Home Ministry demanding to increase his security. Yadav said that he has received threats several times, but no activeness was shown by the Bihar government. He wrote, “If I am murdered then the Central Government and Bihar Government will be responsible for it.” Yadav wrote that the Bihar government can become active only to express condolences. He warned that if security was not increased, he could be killed any time.

According to sources, Pappu Yadav was also threatened through WhatsApp call. The number from which the call was made had Lawrence Bishnoi’s picture in its DP.

Aman Sahu gang gave strict warning

Yadav was allegedly threatened by the Aman Sahu gang that he should think carefully before commenting on anyone. A member of the gang said on the phone, “Reform yourself, otherwise we will take care of you.”

It is noteworthy that recently Pappu Yadav had tweeted, “Is this a country or an army of eunuchs. A criminal is sitting in jail and challenging people to get killed. If the law allows, I will destroy the network of such criminals within 24 hours.”
