New Delhi: Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has once again read the recitation of etiquette within the House. Birla has set up a class of Independent MP Pappu Yadav on Thursday, a day after the Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi reminds me of the dignity of the House. He advised Pappu Yadav not to talk by putting his hand on the shoulder of a Union Minister.

Actually, Pappu Yadav was sitting next to Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu in the House. He was seen talking to the minister and during this time he put his hand on Naidu’s shoulder. Om Birla warned the independent MP from Purnia in Bihar to put his hand on the minister’s shoulder. Sources said that Yadav was talking about an airport for his parliamentary constituency.
What did Om Birla say to Rahul Gandhi?
Earlier, during the Lok Sabha proceedings on Wednesday, everyone was shocked when Om Birla instructed Rahul Gandhi in a strict tone. He asked Rahul to follow the rules of the House. However, Rahul had said that he has not done anything and he is not given a chance to speak.
The Lok Sabha Speaker on Wednesday told Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi to conduct according to the rules and the dignity of the House. Subsequently, the Congress MP alleged that the House was being run undemocratically and he is not being given a chance to speak. Birla said after zero hour, “Many father-daughter, mother-daughter and husband and wife have been members of this House and in this perspective, the Leader of Opposition is expected to conduct the House’s rules and traditions.”
