New Delhi. The monsoon session of Parliament has started from today, which will run till August 21. The Modi government has said that it is ready to discuss any issue raised in the House including Operation Sindoor and answer the questions of opposition MPs. In this regard, the government has also set a time limit to discuss some major issues. Operation Sindoor has been fixed at 16 hours in Lok Sabha and 9 hours of discussion in Rajya Sabha. At the same time, there will be 12 hours in Lok Sabha on Income Tax Bill, 8 hours on National Sports Bill, 2 hours on Manipur’s budget.
Similarly, 3 hours time has been set for discussion in Lok Sabha on the Indian Post Bill. BJP MP Anurag Thakur has demanded to discuss the rain and flood problem in the House in his home Pradesh Himachal. While the demand for discussing 50 years of emergency has been raised by BJP’s ally TDP. On the other hand, an important meeting was held today at Sasad Bhawan under the chairmanship of PM Narendra Modi. Many leaders including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan were present in this meeting.
