Many types of schemes are run by the government for farmers in which they are provided financial assistance. The name of one of those schemes is Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) Scheme. Under the screen, the next installment will soon be transferred to the farmers’ accounts.
When will the amount be transferred to the farmers’ accounts?
It has been told that the next installment will be given to the farmers’ accounts on Saturday, October 5, 2024. 9.5 crore farmers are going to get benefits under this scheme. Farmers availing benefits under this scheme are given financial assistance of ₹ 2000.
Let us tell you that under this scheme, ₹ 6000 is provided to the farmers every year in three installments. The last installment was transferred to the farmers’ account on June 18, 2024. This amount is given to the farmers’ accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
