Nagpur. PM Narendra Modi reached Nagpur in Maharashtra today and paid tribute to RSS founder Keshav Baliram Hedgewar. Modi reached the Smriti temple of RSS in Nagpur for the first time after becoming PM. He was accompanied by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis and Union Minister and MP from Nagpur Nitin Gadkari. After paying tribute to the late Hedgewar, the founder of RSS at Smriti Mandir, PM Modi also wrote a message in the visitor book there. In his message, PM Modi reiterated the resolve to serve the country, remembering Guru Golwalkar, the founder of RSS and Sir Sanghchalak.

In the visitor book of Smriti Mandir, PM Narendra Modi wrote, ‘Holiness Dr. Hedgewar and Pujya Guruji Creating their memories, I am overwhelmed by coming to this memory temple. In his message, PM Modi also described his visit to Smriti Mandir as an inspiration to move forward in the nation service through the temple dedicated to the values of Indian culture, nationalism and organization. The special thing is that on the day of Dussehra this year, the formation of RSS is going to be completed even 100 years. Just before this, PM Narendra Modi’s reaching Smriti Mandir of RSS is a big message. Before Modi, Atal Bihari Vajpayee came to Smriti Temple in the year 2000 as PM. The RSS has described PM Modi’s visit to Smriti Mandir as historic.

PM Narendra Modi also visited Bharat Ratna and Constitution maker Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar’s Smriti Sthal Deekshabhoomi in Nagpur. In 1956, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar adopted Buddhism with thousands of followers in Dikshabhoomi of Nagpur. PM Modi reached Deekshabhoomi and bowed to Dr. Ambedkar and Lord Buddha. Please tell that PM Modi constantly says Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. Modi has also been raising Dr. Ambedkar’s views against solidarity and caste system in the society in his public meetings.
