PM Narendra Modi in Bilaspur
Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh on Sunday (30 mart). Here he inaugurated a project of 33 thousand 700 crores. During this, he addressed the people in Bilaspur. In his address, the PM congratulated the people of Chhattisgarh for the development works and said that he is fast moving to the people to benefit the people. He said that on this occasion, three lakh poor families of Chhattisgarh are entering their new house. Here he got a chance to meet the beneficiaries. During this time, he realized that the poor families could not stop their happiness after getting a new house.
The PM said, “We are committed to fulfill every promise made to the people of Chhattisgarh. On the first day of Navratri, the foundation stone and inauguration of thousands of crores of projects in Bilaspur is a matter of good fortune for me.” The Prime Minister laid and inaugurated several projects before addressing a public meeting in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. He also flagged off the MEMU train service in Abhanpur-Raipur section via the temple Hasaud.
Come here to come here on the first day of Navratri
The PM said, “Today is the first Navratri and Chhattisgarh is the land of Mata Mahamaya. It is also the maternal uncle of Mata Kaushalya. In such a situation, these nine days dedicated to mother power are very special for Chhattisgarh and I am fortunate that I have reached here on the first day of Navratri.” He said, “The foundation stone and inauguration of projects worth more than Rs 33,700 crore has been launched a while ago. This includes the poor houses, schools, roads, rails, electricity, gas pipelines. All these projects are going to provide facilities to the people of Chhattisgarh. Congratulations to all of you for this development work.”

During the meeting in Bilaspur, PM Modi said that it has been 25 years since Chhattisgarh has been made. This is the silver jubilee year of Chhattisgarh. Along with this, it is also the year of Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s birth centenary. In such a situation, the government is celebrating it with the resolve of decorating it. In the year 2000, Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s central government separated Chhattisgarh from Madhya Pradesh.
