Our mantra is to give jobs without ‘without slip, without spending’. Millions of youth have got employment through such employment fairs and they are contributing to the development of the country. The huge strength of India is our manufacturing sector, which is creating a large number of new jobs. To speed up the region, the government has announced ‘Mission Manufacturing’ in this year’s budget. In the last few years, the ‘Make in India’ campaign has gained a lot of strength. Only PLI (Production Linked Incentive) Scheme has created more than 11 lakh employment across the country. There has been an unprecedented increase in mobile phones and electronics sectors in the last few years.

Modi said, with the changing times, the nature of employment is also changing in the 21st century. New areas are emerging and in the last decade, India has focused on preparing its youth for this change. Important decisions have been taken for this change. Modern policies were also made in view of modern needs. The Eco system of startups, innovation and research which is being formed in the country is increasing the power of the youth of the country. My enthusiasm also increases by seeing the youth of the country who want to start their startup. Modi said, the Indian government is also emphasized on the creation of new employment opportunities in the private sector. Recently, the government has approved the incentive scheme related to employment. Under this scheme, the government will also give Rs 15,000 to the youth who got employment for the first time in the private sector. That is, the government will contribute in the first salary of the first job.

The Prime Minister said that for the first time under the Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana, assistance has been provided to the street vendors, the handiers and those working on the pavement. He said that as another example, take the Prime Minister Vishwakarma Yojana only. This initiative focuses on traditional, family -run trade and crafts, which aim to modernize them by incorporating new technology, equipment and innovation. There are many countless schemes that have not only benefited the underprivileged, but have also created extensive employment opportunities for the youth.
