The PM said, it is the misfortune of this country that Congress is getting full support from Pakistan on the issue of restoration of Article 370. Congress tries to please Pakistan, can Congress ever please Haryana? Congress is the most dishonest and deceitful party in the country. If I start listing the betrayals of Congress it will take many days.
