The minimum temperature was recorded at 7.7 degrees Celsius, slightly below normal. IMD has predicted rain in many areas of Delhi-NCR, such as Karawal Nagar, Dilshad Garden, Shahdara, Vivek Vihar, Najafgarh and Dwarka in the next few hours.
