Prime Minister Modi will distribute more than 51,000 appointment letters in 16th employment fair

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute appointment letters to more than 51,000 youths in various government departments and organizations at the 16th employment fair through video conferencing at around 11:00 am on July 12. On this occasion, the Prime Minister will also address the people appointed.

Employment fair is a step taken by the Central Government to fulfill the Prime Minister’s commitment to give a top priority to employment creation. The purpose of this fair is to play an important role in empowering the youth and providing meaningful opportunities for their participation in nation building.

According to the information given by PIB, more than 10 lakh recruitment letters have been issued so far through employment fairs across the country and the 16th employment fair will be held at 47 places across the country.

These recruitments are being done in various ministries and departments of the central government. These new employees selected from across the country will be included in the Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Home Affairs, Posts Department, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Financial Services and Employment, and other departments and ministries.

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi ended his five countries from July 2 to 9 and returned to New Delhi on Thursday morning. His diplomatic visit included Ghana, Trinidad and Tobago, Argentina, Brazil and Namibia, and also included her participation at the 17th BRICS summit held at Rio de Janeiro under the chairmanship of Brazil.

In the first phase of his visit, Prime Minister Modi reached Akra, the capital of Ghana on 2 July. This was the first visit of an Indian Prime Minister to this West African country in more than 30 years. During his visit, Prime Minister Modi held bilateral talks with Ghana President John Mahama, reviewing a strong partnership and discussed opportunities to make it stronger through economic, energy, defense cooperation and development cooperation.

On July 3, Prime Minister Modi went to Trinidad and Tobago, who was the first official visit to his Caribbean country as Prime Minister and this was his first visit to the Prime Minister level since 1999. He met his counterpart Kamla Prasad-Bissar and addressed the country’s Parliament.
