New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh today. During this time, along with offering prayers on the Sangam banks, he will inaugurate many important schemes related to Mahakumbh 2025. According to the Prime Minister’s Office, Modi ji will launch development projects worth more than Rs 6,670 crore during this visit. The Prime Minister will offer prayers at the Sangam bank at 12:15 pm. After this he will visit and worship Akshaya Banyan tree, Hanuman temple and Saraswati well. This worship shows the religious and cultural importance of Prayagraj.

Visit to Mahakumbh exhibition site
PM Modi will visit the Mahakumbh exhibition site at around 1.30 pm. After this he will inaugurate development projects worth Rs 6,670 crore at 2 pm.
10 new flyovers and other projects inaugurated
The Prime Minister will inaugurate several rail and road projects for Maha Kumbh 2025, including 10 new flyovers, permanent ghats and riverfront roads. These will strengthen the infrastructure of Prayagraj and will provide uninterrupted connectivity to the pilgrims.
Emphasis on drinking water and Ganga cleaning projects
PM Modi will launch projects for interception and treatment of small drains leading to river Ganga, further strengthening his commitment towards a clean and clear Ganga. Along with this, many infrastructure projects related to drinking water and electricity will also be inaugurated.
Inauguration of major temple corridors
Prime Minister will inaugurate projects like Bhardwaj Ashram Corridor, Shringverpur Dham Corridor, Akshayvat Corridor and Hanuman Mandir Corridor. This will make it easier for devotees to reach places of worship.
AI chatbot launched for Mahakumbh 2025
PM Modi to launch Kumbh Assistant AI chatbot for Maha Kumbh Mela 2025. This chatbot will provide guidance to the devotees about information and programs related to Mahakumbh. Mahakumbh will be organized from 13 January 2025 to 26 February 2025.
