New Delhi. Inmates in the jails of Uttar Pradesh will also get an opportunity to bathe Mahakumbh. For this, the Yogi government of the state is going to take a step that has never happened before. According to the office of UP Jail Minister Dara Singh Chauhan, 75 jails of the state will bring the water of the holy confluence from Prayagraj Mahakumbh. Sangam water will be mixed in small tanks in jails. After this, all the prisoners will bathe with that water. In this way, prisoners in jail will also get a chance to bathe Mahakumbh.

According to the Director General of Prison of UP PV Ramashastri, a special arrangement is being made for this under the supervision of the jail minister himself. Temporary haodia is also being made in some jails. In which water will be mixed with water and the water of the confluence will be added to it. This special program will be organized in all the jails of the state between 9 am and 10 am on February 21. Jail Minister Dara Singh Chauhan himself will also be present in the Lucknow jail. He has ordered all the jail administration to organize this program well. On the other hand, prisoners in jail are also excited about bathing with the water of Mahakumbh.
