Pune. The Juvenile Justice Board (JJ Board) has given a shock to the police in the case of two people crushing a speeding car in Pune, Maharashtra. The Pune police had applied to the JJ Board to run the case as an adult. The JJ Board rejected the Pune police application on Tuesday. After the decision of the JJ Board, the case will not be able to run the accused as an adult in the case of crushing the car and crushing it. The JJ Board has said that the case will run only after considering the 17 -year -old accused in the Porsche car case. That is, the accused is relieved in a way. The JJ Board was also under question in this matter earlier.

The incident of crushing with a Porsche car took place on 19 May 2024. Anish Awadhiya, who works in an IT company on a bike in Kalyani Nagar, Pune, was going to Costa, who was working in an IT company. His bike was hit by a high speed Porsche car in Koregaon Park area. The accused was also drunk at that time. The police had earlier registered a case of driving a Porsche car carelessly. When the accused was confirmed to be drunk, the matter became serious. The JJ Board granted bail to the accused in 14 hours on conditions like social service, focus on studies and writing an essay of 100 words. On the move of JJ Board, people were angry across the country.
His father Vishal Aggarwal had also put a lot of force to save the son in the Pune Porsche car case. It was revealed that Vishal had spoken 14 times on the phone to Dr. Ajay Tawde, who was the head of the forensic department of the Government Sassoon Hospital in Pune before the son’s blood test. Vishal Aggarwal was arrested in this case. The Pune police also raided Dr. Ajay Tawde’s house. Apart from Dr. Tawde, Dr. Srihari Halnor, CMS of Sasoon Hospital and Atul Ghatbale, a member of Sasoon Hospital, and Atul Ghackbale, a member of the Porsh car case, were also arrested in the Porsche car case. Both were accused of throwing the minor accused in sample dustbin and replacing other samples. Now the JJ Board may not consider the accused as an adult, it can affect the result of this case.
