New Delhi: Rain continues in many states across the country. The Meteorological Department has still warned that there will be no relief from rain. Apart from this, due to the depression forming in the Bay of Bengal, rain will continue in the surrounding states for the next three days. Many people have lost their lives due to rain in UP, there is a possibility of rain in the future as well. It has been raining intermittently in the Delhi-NCR area for the last several days, due to which the weather has remained pleasant and people have also got relief from the heat.

Heavy rain in many districts of UP

It is raining continuously in many districts of UP. The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in Banda, Chitrakoot, Kaushambi, Prayagraj, Fatehpur, Pratapgarh, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Sant Ravidasnagar, Rae Bareli, Amethi, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Jhansi, Lalitpur and surrounding areas on September 10 and 11. Apart from this, heavy rains are expected in some districts of eastern and western Uttar Pradesh from September 11 to 12. Let us tell you that due to rain, 9 people have died in UP in the last 24 hours. An average of 1.7 mm of rain was recorded in UP in the last 24 hours.

There will be intermittent rain in Bihar

The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in the coming days for many districts of Bihar. IMD says that after rain on September 9 and 10, there is no warning of rain on September 11. On the other hand, an alert of heavy rain has been issued in Jamui, Gaya, Nawada and Banka on September 12. There is a possibility of rain in Gaya, Nawada, Jamui, Banka, Rohtas, Aurangabad, East and West Champaran on September 13. An alert of light rain with thunderstorm has been issued in Buxar, Bhojpur, Kaimur, Rohtas, Patna, Nalanda, Nawada, Arwal, Gaya, Begusarai, Sheikhpura, Lakhisarai, Jehanabad, Khagaria, Bhagalpur, Banka, Munger and Jamui.

The weather will remain pleasant in Delhi-NCR

Talking about Delhi-NCR, there is a possibility of light rain in many areas of Delhi on Monday, due to which the weather will remain pleasant. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be light rain in Delhi between 9 to 13 September. Also, the sky will remain cloudy. During this time, the maximum temperature can be 35 to 36 degrees and the minimum temperature can be 24 to 26 degrees.

Alert issued for many districts of Odisha

The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in Odisha for the next three days due to the depression forming in the Bay of Bengal. According to the IMD forecast, heavy to very heavy rains (seven to 20 cm) will occur at isolated places and extremely heavy rains (more than 20 cm) at some places in Puri, Jagatsinghpur, Khurda, Cuttack, Dhenkanal districts on Monday. The Meteorological Department has issued a ‘red alert’ for these five districts. ‘Orange alert’ has been issued for Ganjam, Koraput, Kandhamal, Bolangir, Bargarh, Boudh, Sonpur, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Sambalpur, Angul and Nayagarh districts for Monday. The authorities have issued a ‘yellow alert’ for Gajapati, Rayagada, Malkangiri, Nabarangpur, Kalahandi, Nuapada, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Deogarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore and Bhadrak districts. The IMD has also predicted rain in many districts of the state on Tuesday and Wednesday.

There is a possibility of rain in many areas of Rajasthan

Meanwhile, Meteorological Centre Jaipur spokesperson Radheshyam Sharma said that on Sunday and Monday, moderate to heavy rain with thundershowers and at some places heavy rain is likely in most parts of Bharatpur, Jaipur, Ajmer, Kota, Udaipur divisions. Sharma said that on 10-11 September moderate rain will continue in some parts of eastern Rajasthan and heavy rain is likely to be recorded at some places in Kota, Udaipur divisions. He said that due to the effect of low pressure area formed in the Bay of Bengal, heavy rain activities are likely to increase again in some parts of eastern Rajasthan on 12-13 September and very heavy rain is likely at some places.
