The person fell into the drain due to strong current
In fact, due to heavy rains, many areas in the state are full of water. The roads there have turned into small rivers and the drains are also in spate. Meanwhile, a man was going somewhere from his scooty, but due to the strong current of water, his control deteriorated and fell into the drain slipping with Scooty. But it is a matter of relief that the locals present there took him out. He did not suffer a serious injury and was sent home after first aid.

Warning of more rain in 48 hours
Let us tell you that the Meteorological Department has warned that there may be more rainfall in the next 48 hours. After this warning, the administration has appealed to the people not to get out of the house until any very important work is done. Not only this, people have also been appealed to avoid going to waterlogged areas. At the same time, the Municipal Corporation and PWD are working for drainage.
As soon as the monsoon starts in Goa, the incidents of waterlogging in many areas and road collapse are now becoming common. Some experts believe that if it is not taken seriously and the infrastructure is not strengthened, then such incidents may increase further.
