New high -tech facility to get unreserved tickets at Raipur railway station and immediate information related to it.
Raipur railway station has now changed for unreserved tickets. At the station, five TTE staff have been given mobile UTS ticketing equipment, which has changed the way of issuing tickets. This new system has been implemented around the ticket counter and provided to passengers.
Through these devices, TTEs will be able to give tickets directly to passengers. However, these tickets will be found only near the ticket counter; It is not possible to take a mobile ticket from TTE inside the train or on the platform. During this time the process of ticket issue will be done through digital devices.
Under the instructions issued, the process of merging the unreserved ticket center at the reservation center is going on. Apart from this, there is a plan to install ATVM (automatic ticket seller machine) for the convenience of passengers in the same place for unreserved tickets. The phased implementation of these changes will be further.
Practically this step is to reduce the process of passengers to line up. A total of five TTE staff have been given mobile equipment. In the present situation, tickets will be available only from the counter area and the mobile-uts ticket service is not applicable in the platform/train.
In the present situation, passengers will have to take tickets with a new digital facility only by going to the counter. In the coming days, the merger of the unreserved center and the installation of ATVM machines will further change the ticket system. This change will be gradually applied at stations.
