There was a big attempt to mobilize Muslim votes before elections in Bihar. Excuse Waqf Amendment Bill. The All India Muslim Personal Law Board organized a big dharna against the bill in Girdnibagh, Patna. This dharna was supported by the RJD, Congress, Left parties, AIMIM and Prashant Kishore’s Jansuraj Party. Leaders of all parties including Lalu Yadav attended it. It was announced from the platform that if the Waqf bill is passed in Parliament, then Muslims from across the country should distance away from the parties included in the NDA. Especially in Bihar elections, Boycott the parties of Nitish Kumar, Chirag Paswan, Jitan Ram Manjhi. JD -U, stop the hookah water of the Ham party leaders of Lokjan Shakti Party and Manjhi. The Muslims of Bihar were told that before Eid, do not confess the Saugat-e-Modi that is being sent by the BJP to the house of Muslims because Modi is conspiring to grab the assets of Muslims by bringing the Waqf Bill. Why the meeting of those who opposed the Waqf Bill took place in Patna, the meeting did not try to hide the reason for this. He told that Maulana, who supported the Waqf Board, had gone to scare Nitish Kumar, Jitan Ram Manjhi and Chirag Paswan. They had gone to threaten that these leaders did not oppose the Waqf Bill, if they did not leave the BJP, they would not get the votes of Muslims. Muslim voters in Bihar are more than 18 percent. Out of 243 assembly seats, 47 seats are where Muslim voters decide defeat and defeat. Mahadalit and Muslim combination for Nitish Kumar have been working with many elections. Despite an alliance with BJP, Muslims have been supporting him. That is why Nitish Kumar, Manjhi and Chirag Paswan did not care about the threat of the Muslim board. BJP leaders are explaining to Muslims that the Waqf property is a matter of few rich Muslims. Poor Muslims have nothing to do with the property of Waqf. That is why the fire is equal on both sides and as long as there is election in Bihar, its echo will be heard everyday.
Drugs Census in Punjab: A good step
Bhagwant Mann’s government will now conduct drugs census in Punjab. Government employees will go from house to house and find out if any family member is a drug addict. Full details of drug addicts will be collected in Punjab, after which the government will also arrange for their rehabilitation. Mann’s government has presented 150 crores for drugs census in the budget presented by the government in the assembly. Punjab Finance Minister Harpal Cheema said that the government will know how many drug addicts are there in Punjab, with the help of data from the census, an effective strategy will be made to deal with the problem of drugs. The Punjab government will recruit five thousand home guards to prevent smuggling of drugs from Pakistan. Bhagwant Maan Sarkar has allocated Rs 110 crore for this in the budget. If there is action against the drug mafia in Punjab, then it is a good thing. better late than never. What Amit Shah told about drugs in Rajya Sabha last week is shocking. Amit Shah gave a comparative details of the Congress Raj of 2004 to 2014 and the Modi government of 2014 to 2025. In the 10 years of Congress, 25 lakh kg of drugs were seized, the price of Rs 40 thousand crore. Was. Whereas in the last 10 years, more than one crore kg of drugs were seized, the price of Rs 1.5 lakh crore. Amit Shah said that this is the result of a change in the method of investigation. Three lakh 36 thousand kg of drugs were burnt in 10 years of Congress. In the last 10 years, 31 lakh kg of drugs were burnt. Amit Shah says that 1 lakh 73 thousand cases were registered against the drug mafia during the Congress, while 6 lakh 56 thousand cases were registered in the last 10 years. It is not just about data. The drugs that Amit Shah has made in the policy that has taken, is considered a Victim… and the drug trade is considered guilty. Earlier, the one who used to get drug drugs was caught. Now the person who supplies the pudding is caught. I think this is a welcome change, which should be praised.
Why did the police delay the cash case from the judge’s house?
Police entry into the case of Delhi High Court Judge Justice Yashwant Verma. A team of Delhi Police reached the house of Justice Verma and sealed the store room that caught fire on March 14 and found a huge amount of sacks of burnt notes. The police conducted videography of those rooms and then sealed the store room. It was told that in this case, the entry of the police and the ceiling of the store room took place on the instructions of the inquiry committee constituted by the Supreme Court. On Wednesday, when the police sealed the store at the house of the judge, where the burnt notes were received, everyone asked why the police did so long, this work should have been done on the first day. But the compulsion of the police should be understood in this case. If action is to be taken against a judge, then the police are really tied. This bond was applied by Justice Vankatachalaya in 1994. According to this, the police can neither file an FIR against a judge nor file a case. If the judge belongs to the High Court, then permission will have to be obtained from the Chief Justice of the High Court and if the Supreme Court is a judge, then the Chief Justice of India will have to be asked. There are more restrictions on the police in the case of judges. According to the rules, the police cannot arrest any judge, neither a statement can be taken from the judge, nor a panchnama, nor a medical test can be conducted, unless his legal adviser is present and is allowed to do so. So the big thing is that before taking action against any judge, the police have to think ten times, get permission. That is why when there was talk of getting cash in the judge’s house, the video of the burnt note appeared, then the police could not do anything on the spot. Could neither take a statement nor do the Panchnama. Even now the police is able to take action on the instructions of the three judges appointed by the Supreme Court, to help them. That is why how can the police be blamed in this matter? (Rajat Sharma)
