The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear on the petition of Ranveer Allahbadia on Tuesday, seeking to add several FIRs lodged against him for the alleged pornographic comments made at Raina’s YouTube show, India’s Got Latant. The case is expected to be heard today by a bench of Justice Suryakant and Justice N. Kotiswar Singh.

On Friday, Abhinav Chandrachud, son of former CJI DY Chandrachud, demanded an immediate list of the case in the Supreme Court. Chief Justice Sanjeev Khanna assured that the case would be handed over to a bench and hearing will be held within two to three days and today the case will be heard.

Let me tell you that the controversy arose after Raina made objectionable remarks on Raina’s YouTube show India’s Got latent show, due to which several FIRs have been lodged against him and others. Apart from Allahabadia and Raina, the people named in this case include YouTube celebrity Ashish Chanchalani, Jaspreet Singh and Apoorva Makhija.

According to a joint statement by Mumbai and Guwahati Police, YouTuber and Podcaster Ranveer Allahabadia, who became popular from the ‘Beerbieceps’ program and is in controversy with his statement in the ‘India’s Got latent’ program, currently out of reach of investigating agencies. Police said that after the name of the FIR lodged by Maharashtra Cyber Department, Guwahati Police and Jaipur Police in connection with the ‘India’s Got Latant’ case, Allahabadia has not yet responded to the investigating agencies.

The Maharashtra Cyber Cell issued summons to Alladia and directed to appear on 24 February. Meanwhile, Raina has been asked to appear before the cyber cell on 18 February.

The National Commission for Women (NCW) has also called Allahabadia, Time Raina and others to appear in their office in New Delhi on Monday after the controversial comments made by Allahbiya on the show.

In a statement, NCW said that it has taken seriously and objectionable remarks made by the show’s makers, Tushar Pujari and Saurabh Bothra as well as content creators Ranveer Allahbadia, Samay Raina, Apoorva Makhi, Jaspreet Singh and Ashish Chanchalani. .

However, many of those who were summoned failed to appear, citing personal safety concerns, pre -international commitments and logical difficulties. Allahbadia informed the Commission that he was receiving threats to kill him and requested to give a new date of hearing after three weeks. NCW accepted his request and re -prescribed the hearing for March 6.

Jaspreet Singh, who is currently on a tour of Paris, informed the Commission that he would return to India by March 10, 2025 and cooperate in the inquiry. NCW re -prescribed his hearing for March 11.

Time Raina, who is currently in the US for pre -planned tour, assured NCW that he would be available for hearing on his return. The Commission accepted his request and also set his hearing for March 11.

Raina released public apology and said, “It is very difficult for me to handle whatever is happening. I have removed all videos of India’s Got Latant from my channel. My sole purpose was to make people laugh and spend good time. I will fully cooperate with all agencies to ensure that their investigation is conducted fairly. Thank you.

A formal complaint has been filed in the Mumbai Commissioner and Maharashtra Women’s Commission due to the dispute, alleging that the show made derogatory language and vulgar comments about women to gain popularity and financial gains.

The issue arose due to Allahabadia’s comment on ‘India’s Got Latant’ on ‘Parents and Sex’. The show is then removed from YouTube.
