New Delhi. Pastor Jashan Gill, accused of raping a 22 -year -old BCA student, has surrendered in a court in Gurdaspur, Punjab. Gurdaspur SSP Aditya formed a six -member team under the leadership of DSP Amolak Singh to arrest Jashan Gill, who was continuously raiding. The police arrested his brother and sister on the charge of giving shelter to Jashan Gill. Both have been sent to jail in judicial custody after the police remand is over. Earlier on 9 October 2024, Jashan Gill was declared a fugitive by the police.

The victim’s father lodged a complaint before the police on July 9, 2023. He had said that Jashan Gill, who called himself a pastor, implicated my daughter who was a BCA student in her trap and raped her. When she became pregnant, she miscarried her. One day after pregnancy, the daughter’s health deteriorated after which she had to be taken to the hospital, then the doctor said that her health has deteriorated due to lack of abortion. The family then came to know about the incident with the daughter.
After this, the victim was admitted to a hospital in Amritsar when she died during treatment. After this incident, the girl’s father also made serious allegations against the police and the administration. Let us tell you that Bajinder Singh, a self -proclaimed pastor from Punjab, has been sentenced to life imprisonment by the Poxo court of Mohali in the case of rape and sexual harassment. The victim, who hails from Zirakpur in Punjab, alleged that Balinder Singh, who claimed to cure diseases through a miracle, did wrong with her.
