The Railway Ministry said on Monday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will start the ‘Namo Bharat’ Rapid Rail Service with the first 16 coach to run between Jayanagar to Patna in Bihar on 24 April. Earlier, the Namo Bharat train was running (Bhuj from Ahmedabad), there were only 12 coaches in it. Due to the increase in the number of passengers, now a 16 coach train is being started.
Information and Publicity Director of Railway Board Dilip Kumar said,
“On April 24, the Hon’ble Prime Minister will leave the ‘Namo Bharat’ train between Jayanagar to Patna. This will be the first time that there will be 16 coaches in the Namo Bharat train. The maximum speed of the train will be 110 km per hour and this journey will be about half of the time.”
Big relief for the people of North Bihar
This train will give the common people of North Bihar to fast, safe and comfortable travel, who go to Patna for jobs, business or studies. Fully air conditioned (AC) This train will have a seating arrangement of about 2000 people. Also, about 1000 passengers will be able to travel and travel, for which there will be facilities like Handrel, Strap and Pol.
Where will this train pass through?
The train will run between Jayanagar to Patna and in between it will pass through stations like Madhubani, Sakri, Darbhanga, Samastipur, Barauni and Mokama.
