Goa Minister Vishwajit Rane warned on Saturday that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will conduct raids against the restaurant compromising and the dispensaries selling such products whose use time limit has expired. The state health minister told reporters in Madgaon that the FDA officials are already conducting raids against the establishments selling artificial -cooked products.
Foods under investigation by FDA officials
He said that the food items sold in the market are also under the scrutiny of FDA officials. Rane said that the FDA will continue raids against businesses that are violating laws and damaging people’s health.
Seal will be sealed for 6 months
He said that raids will be conducted on the restaurants where cleanliness is not kept. The minister warned that the restaurant, which is not taking care of cleanliness, will be sealed for six months.
The deadline for dispensaries will be abolished
