Medi Jarvis Robotic Machine
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma launched the Medi-India robotic surgery machine ‘Medi Jarvis’ on Sunday. The machine was launched at the State Cancer Institute of Guwahati. Medi Jarvis will help doctors during robotic machine cancer.
All modern facilities are equipped
During the launch of the robotic machine, CM Sarma said on Sunday, ‘I have inaugurated the robotic surgery unit at the State Cancer Institute of Guwahati. Equipped with all modern facilities, this unit will carry forward cancer care in the region.
Doctors will get help from this machine
Earlier on Saturday, the CM said on the social media platform X, “We are fully prepared to dedicate the Made in India robotic surgery machine at the State Cancer Institute tomorrow, which can easily carry out complex surgery.” Along with this, he said that this machine will help doctors to do complex surgery more easily.
Assam CM praised the state police
Earlier, CM Sarma on Saturday appreciated the efforts of the leaders of the Assam Police and Minority Community to ensure peace across the state amidst intelligence information warning of potential unrest on the Waqf Amendment Act. CM Sarma insisted that the situation remained quiet to a large extent despite the fears of protests on Friday. Minor demonstrations have been reported at only three places in the state.
