Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) joint general secretary CR Mukund said on Friday amid a growing controversy over Hindi language that the Sangh supports the mother tongue to make mother tongue a medium of education and daily communication. He has described the debate on delimitation as ‘inspired by politics’. With this, the Sangh said about Manipur that it will take a long time to create a normal atmosphere there. The RSS leader also attacked the DMK indirectly, which is opposing the Tri-language formula under the National Education Policy. Mukund said that forces challenging national unity are a matter of concern.
Discussion on many issues including Manipur
Addressed the press conference in connection with the three -day meeting of the RSS’s top jury ‘All India House of Representatives (ABPS)’ on Friday in Bengaluru. Mukund said that there will be ‘intensive discussion on some contemporary and vivid issues’, including the position of Manipur and efforts to create ‘North-South Partition’ in the country.

32 organizations associated with the union involved
The meeting was inaugurated by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. This meeting will include heads of 32 organizations associated with the Sangh. When asked about the controversy over three languages, Mukund said that the Sangh will not pass any resolution and the organization gives priority to the mother tongue for education and daily communication.
RSS has no control over the number of seats
On the delimitation debate, the Sangh leader said that it is ‘inspired by politics’ and the RSS has no control over the number of seats. However, he insisted that the forces challenging national unity are a matter of concern.

Mukund said, ‘As an organization we are worried about the forces that are challenging national unity. Especially whether it is due to delimitation or languages about the division of north-south.
RSS expands several times in the last one year
He said that the RSS volunteers and workers of various organizations related to the Sangh Parivar are making their best efforts to bring harmony in some states, especially in some states. According to Mukund, the RSS has expanded manifold in the last one year. He said, ‘There are currently 83,129 active branches that are more than 10,000 compared to the previous year.
Manipur is going through difficult times
Mukund said, ‘Manipur has been going through a difficult period for the last 20 months, but now some expectations have arisen. When we see the vision of the central government about Manipur, there is a ray of hope for the people there. He said that the RSS is analyzing the situation and believes that it will take a long time to create a normal environment. ‘ (With language input)
