Ruckus continues in Rajya Sabha over Amit Shah's statement! The Chairman called a meeting of the Leader of the House and the Leader of the Opposition

Opposition parties created a ruckus in the Rajya Sabha on Friday over Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s remarks on Constitution maker Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, due to which the proceedings of the Upper House were adjourned till 12 noon shortly after the commencement of the proceedings. Given.

Before adjourning the proceedings, Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar asked Leader of the House JP Nadda and Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge to meet in his chamber so that the ongoing deadlock in the Upper House could be resolved.

As soon as the House meeting started in the morning, the entire House echoed with slogans of ‘Jai Bhim’. Meanwhile, Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar got the necessary documents tabled in the House.

He informed the House that he had received some notices under Rule 267 even today. On this, Jairam Ramesh of Congress said that please tell the issues for which notices have been given.

Chairman Dhankhar expressed concern over the continuous uproar and disruption of proceedings in Parliament and asked members of all parties to introspect on this.

“The world is watching our democracy, yet we fail our citizens by our conduct,” he said. These parliamentary disruptions make a mockery of public trust and expectations. Our fundamental duty to serve with diligence is also ignored.

“Where there should be rational dialogue, we see only anarchy,” he said. I urge every member, irrespective of party, to search his conscience.

The Chairman said that the citizens of our democracy deserve better than this ‘tamasha’.

“We miss valuable opportunities that could serve the well-being of our people,” he said. I hope that the members will introspect deeply and exercise their responsibility towards the citizens.

“What is needed in this sacred chamber is conduct that honors our oath, not theatrics that betray it,” he said.

Meanwhile, the opposition members started creating ruckus, after which the Chairman adjourned the House proceedings at 11.07 am till 2 pm.

Before adjourning the proceedings, the Chairman asked Leader of the House JP Nadda and Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge to meet in his chamber so that the ongoing deadlock in the Upper House could be resolved.

Let it be known that there is a huge uproar in the Parliament for the last two days on this issue.

Congress has alleged that Shah insulted Babasaheb during his address in the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday while replying to the two-day discussion on ’75 years of glorious journey of the Constitution of India’.

The main opposition party also released a video excerpt of Shah’s address in which the Home Minister can be heard taking a dig at the opposition and saying, “It has become a fashion now – Ambedkar, Ambedkar…”. If you had taken God’s name that much, you would have gone to heaven for seven births.
