If you have SBI’s co-branded credit cards, then they will no longer get free air accident insurance.
The Elite and Prime Credit Cards SBI have given with several banks including UCO Bank, Central Bank, PSB, so far, the card holder used to get an accident cover of Rs 1 crore or Rs 50 lakh when there is air accident. Now the holders of this card will not get this free insurance facility. It has not been told by SBI whether any new facility will be provided to his co-branded credit card holders. People were willing to take this facility from SBI due to the cover of air accident on these credit cards. The special thing is that on June 12 this year, Air India aircraft has been accident.
Apart from this, changes will also be seen in UPI facility from 1 August. If you make most of the payment through UPI, then this information is of your use. NPCI has changed some rules to improve the payment service from UPI. From August 1, these rules will apply on third party UPI apps like Paytm, PhonePe and Jeep. NPCI has decided that now every day you will be able to check the balance only 50 times from your UPI. You will also be able to check 3 times a day from the third party app of UPI. The difference of one and a half minutes between them has also been made necessary. Auto pay transactions will also be able to be done between 1 pm and 5 pm before 10 am and after 9.30 pm. Apart from this, the price of LPG, CNG and ATF is also likely to change from August 1.
