New Delhi. Indian Railways has given good news for passengers. Railways have decided to provide more convenience to passengers in train ticket booking and to get rid of congestion during the upcoming festivals. The Railways has decided to bring a round trip package of rented rent during festivals. However, passengers have to accept some terms and conditions to take this facility.

In the plan made by the Railways, there will be exemption on booking tickets for the train passengers for further and return visits. According to the Railways, the date of ARP is for 13 October 2025. Booking will start from 14 August 2025 for this date. Tickets for further travel will be booked for 13 October and 26 October 2025. After this, return tickets will be booked for train travel dates between 17 November and 1 December 2025. The period of advance reservation for returns tickets will not be applicable. 20 percent discount will be available only on a confirmed ticket in traveling on both sides. The 20 per cent discount will be given on the original rent of the train ticket.
Railways has also made a rule for 20 per cent discount on returns travel that reservation will apply to the same category in both forward and return. Those who take advantage of this scheme will not be able to withdraw the fare by canceling the tickets. There will be no 20 per cent discount for returns on flexi -fled trains. No changes will be approved in the exempted train ticks. Railways have said that rail travel coupons, vouchers booking, pass and PTOs are not valid for exempted fare. This rule has also been made that either the passenger will have to take tickets online or from the booking counter itself.
