New Delhi. Former BJP MP Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, after being acquitted by the NIA Special Court in the Malegaon bomb blast case, while addressing the judge said, “My whole life was ruined due to this case.” I was living the life of a monk but I was accused of being a terrorist and no one stood with us. I am alive because I am a monk. Pragya said, saffron was maligned by conspiring. Today saffron has won, Hindutva has won, God will punish the culprits.

Sadhvi Pragya Singh said, I had said from the beginning that those who are called for investigation, must have some basis behind them. I was called for investigation and I was arrested and harassed. I was humiliated, 17 years of my life were wasted. Pragya told the judge, however, those who defamed India, saffron and Hindutva have not been proved by you.
Let us tell you that Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, Lieutenant Colonel Prasad Purohit, retired Major Ramesh Upadhyay, Sudhakar Chaturvedi, Ajay Rahairkar, Sudhakar Dhar Dwivedi and Sameer Kulkarni have been acquitted by the court today due to lack of evidence. Sadhvi Pragya was made the main accused in this bomb blast case in 2008. He had to stay in jail in this case for about 8 years. The April 2017 Bombay High Court granted bail to the seven accused, including Pragya. Now the decision of this case has come for almost 17 years.
