According to the villagers, Dr. Syed Shahid Mian has illegally occupied and declared himself Mutavalli. Every year, these villagers have alleged illegal collection by organizing a fair here. Tehsildar Dhirendra Pratap Singh of Chandausi said that documents related to Waqf were sought from Mutavalli. They have given them. After seeing which there is no wakf at first sight. It is being investigated.
The Dargah in Janeta village of Chandausi tehsil is called Astana Alia Kadaria Nasiah Dargah. On Thursday, the Tehsildar went to Janeta village and took information about the complaint made about the dargah. The Tehsildar inspected the dargah and asked Mutavalli to show the land documents. After this, on Saturday, Dr. Syed Shahid Mian, Mutavalli of the Dargah, gave documents to the Tehsildar. The issue of Janeta’s dargah dispute is old. A 4 -day fair is held here every year. This time there was a dispute about the fair. After which the administration did not approve the fair under section 63.
In this way, with the dispute of the Dargah of Janeta village, there have been 2 disputed sites in Sambhal district. The Hindu side has already gone to court on Sambhal’s royal Jama Masjid. The Hindu side claims that in the era of Mughal emperor Babur, the ancient temple of Kalki Bhagwan was broken and a royal Jama Masjid was built on it. The local court of Sambhal had also conducted the commissioner survey in this case. The commissioner has said in his report that in many places in the royal Jama Masjid, the symbols of the Hindu temple are seen. Now after examining the documents given by Mutavalli in Janeta village, the administration will decide whether the dargah is built on government land.
