Mumbai Voting for the assembly elections is to be held in Maharashtra on 20th November. BJP released its manifesto for Maharashtra Assembly elections in Mumbai on Sunday. BJP’s resolution letter was released by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. During this, Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis and Maharashtra BJP leaders were present with him. Many promises have been made in the manifesto issued by BJP for Maharashtra. These include employment to 25 lakh youth, increasing the amount of Ladki Bahin Yojana from Rs 1500 to Rs 2100, tuition fee of Rs 10000 every month to 10 lakh students and implementation of price exchange scheme for farmers. That is, if the price of the crop is less than the MSP, then the farmers will be given the difference amount by purchasing it at MSP.

BJP has also promised to waive off the loans of farmers. The issue of increasing the old age pension to Rs 2100 per month and bringing Anganwadi and Asha workers within the ambit of salary and insurance of Rs 15,000 per month has also been mentioned in the resolution letter issued for the Maharashtra Assembly elections. BJP has said that if the Mahayuti government is formed, it will stabilize the prices of essential commodities and free the people from inflation. Will promote the use of solar energy to create 50 lakh Lakhpati Didis and reduce the electricity bills of the poor and middle class. BJP has also said in the resolution letter that it will bring ‘Vision Maharashtra@2029’ within 100 days of forming the government in Maharashtra. On this occasion, Amit Shah also targeted Congress and Mahavikas Aghadi.

BJP is contesting the Maharashtra Assembly elections under the Mahayuti alliance. Ajit Pawar’s NCP and Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena are also in the grand alliance. The remaining two parties of Mahayuti have already released their manifestos. The ruling Mahayuti is contesting the Maharashtra Assembly elections from Mahavikas Aghadi. Mahavikas Aghadi has Congress, Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena and Sharad Pawar’s NCP faction. Apart from this, some other small parties like Samajwadi Party are also part of Mahavikas Aghadi.
