Ban on visit visas of 14 countries including India
Earlier, Saudi Arabia had temporarily banned the issuance of Umrah, Business (Business), and Family (Family Visit) visas for citizens of 14 countries including India. This ban was imposed during Haj 2025 to control the crowd and ensure the safety of the devotees. The temporary ban will continue till the conclusion of the Haj pilgrimage till mid -June 2025. Now if the season of Haj is over, then the Saudi government has again started the process of Umrah Visa, so that other countries including India can apply for Umrah.
