PM Modi inquired about the condition of injured MPs.
There has been a huge uproar in the Parliament complex during the winter session of Parliament. BJP has accused Rahul Gandhi of injuring two MPs by pushing them. BJP MPs Pratap Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput have been admitted to the hospital in injured condition where they are undergoing treatment. BJP has also lodged a complaint regarding this incident in the Parliament police station. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today called BJP MPs Pratap Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput and inquired about their health after they got injured in Parliament.
What did the injured MP say?
BJP MP Pratap Chandra Sarangi said, “Rahul Gandhi pushed an MP who fell on me after which I fell down. I was standing near the stairs when Rahul Gandhi came and pushed an MP who fell on me RML Hospital official Sanjay Shukla has said- “Two MPs had come here. Both of them had head injuries and their BP was high. Pratap Sarangi is older. This injury is not good for him at his age.”
Condemn hooliganism- Shivraj
BJP MP Shivraj Singh Chauhan has also met the injured MPs in the hospital. He said, “…the heart is filled with pain after seeing Pratap Chandra Sarangi ji. This is a dark day in the history of Parliament. The decorum was violated. There is no other example of the hooliganism committed by Rahul Gandhi and Congress. Now they will commit such hooliganism…such conduct has not been seen in the cultural history of India till date..they should be given training in a school as to how to conduct themselves in a democracy…we condemn this hooliganism. Are.”
Parliament is not a platform to show physical strength – Rijiju
Union Minister J.P. in Rajya Sabha. Nadda said, “I want to move a resolution condemning the act done today by Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi. Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal said, “Two of our MPs have suffered serious injuries. 4-5 MPs have come and lodged a complaint. BJP-NDA MPs demonstrated for the first time at Makar Dwar today. They (opposition) felt that this was their property…they came tearing through the crowd. The leader of the opposition should understand his responsibility.” Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said, “Today there was a demonstration of BJP-NDA MPs in the main gate of Parliament…Rahul Gandhi and his MPs forcefully entered and demonstrated their physical What I have done is very wrong. Parliament is not a platform to display physical strength.
