New Delhi. The Union Home Ministry has decided to make a major change in the security of 9 VIPs with Z Plus category security, including the country’s Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, veteran BJP leader LK Advani. According to the government, CRPF personnel will now be deployed for the security of those under whose protection NSG commandos are deployed. The Home Ministry has decided to completely remove NSG from VIP security.

At present, the government has decided to hand over the security of 9 high-risk VIP people to CRPF by next month. These 9 people include senior BJP leader LK Advani, Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, UP CM Yogi Adityanath, BSP supremo Mayawati, Union Shipping Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. The names of Chandrababu Naidu, former Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Raman Singh, former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Ghulam Nabi Azad and National Conference President Farooq Abdullah are included. NSG’s Black Cat commandos deployed for their security will now be removed and now specially trained CRPF personnel will be deployed. The special thing is that out of these 9 people, 2 people, Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, will also be provided Advanced Security Contact (ASL) protocol given by CRPF in the security of them.

What is ASL protocol?

The place is inspected in ASL protocol before the respective VIP visits. CRPF follows ASL protocol for 5 VIPs in the country, which include Union Home Minister Amit Shah, former Prime Ministers Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra. Let us tell you that the Central Government has decided to reorganize the NSG and utilize the manpower by expanding and deploying the strike team of NSG commandos in the security of some important properties located near the Ram Temple in Ayodhya and in the south of the country. .
