The death sentence of UP woman Shehzadi Khan in UAE has been approved. During the hearing of the case to the Delhi High Court, the Ministry of External Affairs itself has confirmed this. The Ministry of External Affairs told the court that Shehzadi Khan was hanged on February 15. The central government in its reply filed in the court said that now the last rites of Shehzadi Khan of UP are to be held on 5 March. Please tell that Shehzadi Khan was facing a death sentence in the case of alleged murder of a 4 -month -old baby in Abu Dhabi.

Ministry of External Affairs gave information

Responding to the Delhi High Court, the Ministry of External Affairs said that the Indian embassy in the UAE was informed on February 28 that Shehzadi’s death sentence has been given to the UAE laws and rules. On this, Justice Sachin Dutta described this development as very unfortunate. In the court, ASG General Chetan Sharma said that now the matter is over. Shehzadi was hanged on 15 February, his delivery-e-khaq process will be held on 5 March.

Father asked for an answer

Please inform that Shabbir Khan, father of 33 -year -old Shehzadi Khan, had filed a petition in the Delhi High Court seeking information about his daughter’s condition. He said that he was not receiving any clear information and there is no concrete reply from the Ministry of External Affairs. After this, the court issued notice to the Ministry of External Affairs and summoned it.

Since then, the family did not get any information about Shehzadi.
