New Delhi. Indian Air Force Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla is scheduled to spend 14 days at the International Space Station (ISS) under the Ex-4 mission. Shubhanshu Shukla was chosen by ISRO for the Gaganyaan Mission. ISRO then decided to send him to the ISS under the Axiom-4 mission. Astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla is a number of experiments in ISS. ISRO has fixed 7 experiments for Shubhanshu Shukla. Apart from these, Shubhanshu Shukla also has to do 5 experiments for America’s space agency NASA. There is a subtle gravity on the ISS. In this subtle gravity, Shubhanshu Shukla will use fenugreek and moong. Shubhanshu Shukla will germinate these seeds on ISS and then bring them back to the earth. Where it will be seen how fenugreek and moong plants grow in the subtle gravity of space. Then there is also a plan to grow them on the ground. Apart from this, Shubhanshu Shukla will also participate in the use related experiments on the human life of space on behalf of NASA. Overall, Shubhanshu Shukla is going to be very busy on ISS. NASA has said that the dragon vehicle of SpaceX carrying Shubhanshu Shukla on ISS and three other astronauts will be connected on June 26 at 4.30 pm Indian time.
Shubhanshu Shukla will have a Dragon vehicle from Hungary to Paigi Whitson. Pagi has been made the mission commander. Whereas, Shubhanshu Shukla is the pilot of this mission. Apart from these two, Tibor Kapu and Slavez Uznaki Visnivsky will also reach the ISS by sitting in a dragon vehicle. ISRO has spent Rs 550 crore to send Shubhanshu Shukla to ISS and get training. Shubhanshu Shukla is also going to help in the space as a traveler of Gaganyaan. ISRO will also get information about more important things for Gaganyaan from the mission of Shubhanshu Shukla. Shubhanshu Shukla’s mission was first to visit ISS on 29 May. It was postponed to 8, 10 and 11 June. Then the date of June 19 and June 22 was fixed, but due to all the technical faults, the mission continued to postpone.
