The concerts organized in memory of Kishore Kishore offer a platform for emerging talent, carrying forward Kishore Kumar’s legacy to inspire new generations in the music industry.
A musical tribute program was organized in New Delhi in memory of singer Kishore Kumar by Kishore Kumar Memorial Club (KKMC). The program was inaugurated by EIL director Sanjay Jindal, who lit the lamp with mentor Lala Ram, CP Sharma and Rajesh Gupta. KKMC founder general secretary Kamal Dhiman emphasized the club’s commitment to support emerging singers across the country.
The program “Kishore Kumar- Indian Cinema Ki Jaday Awaaz”, directed by KKMC founder general secretary Kamal Dhiman, included a line of emerging singers who paid tribute to Kishore Kumar’s prestigious songs. Singer Manohar Pokharia (Haldwani), Dr. Sunit Sekhari, Sunil Gadhia (Rajkot), Nadeem, Deepak Verma, Ankita Pathak, Indu Thakur, Tanishka Khapre, Detabnas and Atul’s presentations were well appreciated by the audience and left a deep impact on the audience with their performance. Dhiman highlighted that such concerts provide a platform to emerging talents across the country.
Apart from musical presentations, a special exhibition of rare and unique photographs of Kishore Kumar was organized under the supervision of KKMC President Praveen Sharma. Art direction for the exhibition was done by Ashish Kaushal efficiently. The operation was conducted by IP Singh Bawa, while the music was managed by Dow-Ray-Me Director Satish Popli. Under the stage management of Baijnath Gosa, the Libers handled the sound system, which gave all the attendees a comfortable experience.
Nikita Publications, Kriti Entertainers, Mary Delhi and Createx were specially contributed to organizing the ceremony, with the help of which an important role was played in making the program alive.
