SIT Questioned Sp Mp Zia UR Rehman Barq: SP MP Zia ur Rehman Burke interrogated SAP in Sambhal violence

New Delhi. SP MP Zia ur Rehman Burke was questioned today in the violence case in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh last year. MP Burke reached Sambhal Kotwali at around 11 am where questions were answered for about 2.5 hours. According to media reports, Burke was questioned in relation to a WhatsApp group. The DP of this group has a photo of Burke and a large amount of people were asked to gather in the Jama Masjid in the group on the day of violence. Burke was asked where you were on 24 November and what happened to Sadar Zafar Ali of Shahi Jama Masjid. Many similar questions were asked by Burke.

After interrogation by the SIT, MP Zia ur Rehman said that according to the directions of the High Court, I have appeared today to cooperate. I received a notice under Section BNS 35/3 and I have come only to give my support. The investigation is still pending. I have answered all the questions asked to me. At the same time, Kuldeep Singh, CO of Nakhasa police station involved in the SIT, said, the statements of SP MP Burke have been recorded. In view of the ongoing investigation by the SIT, he was called and questioned in connection with the case. Since the investigation is still going on, if another issue arises which requires clarification, they can be called again. However, he refused to explain what questions were asked to the SP MP. Let us tell you that the Sambhal police has registered an FIR against him, making SP MP Burke an accused in the violence case. Burke is accused of abetting the mob for violence.
