Kubbawala Mustafa, an accused who smuggled drugs from Dubai to Mumbai, has been brought from Dubai to India. Kubbawala Mustafa, who has been absconding for a long time, was living in Dubai and carrying out drug smuggling. Mustafa was absconding for a long time in the case of running a synthetic drug factory in FIR number 67/2024 registered at Kurla police station in Mumbai. The CBI was followed by the CBI as well as the Mumbai Police and the Interpol.
CBI and Interpol conducted a joint operation and arrested the accused. On Friday, accused Mustafa was launched from Dubai to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai. A four -member team from Mumbai was sent to bring Mustafa from Dubai.
The CBI issued a red notice via Interpol on 25 November 2024 at the request of the Mumbai Police. In this case, 126.14 kg Mefedron drugs were seized from a factory link of Mustafa, which is said to be around Rs 2.52 crore.
