Hardoi. Abdullah Azam, the leader of the Samajwadi Party leader and former UP minister Azam Khan, has been released from Hardoi jail. Abdullah Azam Khan has 42 cases including two different ages documents. After getting bail in all cases, Abdullah Azam was released from jail on Wednesday after 17 months and 3 days. At the same time, the court granted interim bail till March 5 by the court on Monday, the court was granted interim bail by the court on Monday 5 March. The case of manipulation has been going on for a long time in the records of enemy property against Azam Khan’s family. Mohammad Farid, assistant architect of the enemy property record room, had filed a case against Syed Afaq Ahmed and unknown in this case on 9 May 2020.

In the record of enemy property, the case of manipulation is related to Azam Khan’s dream project Mohammad Ali Johar University in Rampur. A land was taken for this university. Which was the name of Imamuddin Qureshi. Imamuddin moved to Pakistan after independence and his land was declared enemy property in 2006. Which was kept under the supervision of government custodians. Then it was found that this land was made in the name of Afaq Ahmed by disturbing the records of the revenue department. After the recorded pages of the records surfaced, the archporter had filed a case. Investigation was conducted in this case.
Investigation revealed that this is the case related to Azam Khan’s university. Then Azam Khan, his wife Taji Fatima, Abdullah Azam, Adeeb Azam, Nikhat Akhlaq and other officials of Maulana Mohammad Ali Johar Trust were accused. Abdullah Azam has also been granted bail in this case. Due to which he is released from jail after a long time. Since the formation of Yogi Adityanath’s government in the year 2017 in UP, Azam Khan and his family members have been accused one after the other. In these, cases of theft and threatening were also registered by people.
