Indian Air Force Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla has left for the historic flight of space. On this occasion, his house, school and the entire city in Lucknow were filled with pride. Shubhanshu Shukla, who left for the International Space Station (ISS), has not only raised the head of the country, but has also given wings to the dreams of his family, teachers and school children. This moment of Axiom-4 mission is not just a scientific achievement, but also an emotional journey.
On this historic moment, Shubhanshu Shukla’s mother Asha Shukla became emotional while sharing her feelings. He said, “We cannot tell our feelings in words… We have no fear for Shubhanshu… We are very happy, feeling very proud.” On the departure of Shubhanshu Shukla, his mother Asha Shukla became emotional with joy.
At the same time, Shubhanshu’s father Shambhu Dayal Shukla said, “Looks great, very happy. I thank God and pray that his mission is successful, God bless him.” Earlier, he said, “This achievement is not only a matter of pride for the whole country, not only Lucknow. His mission is going to be launched around 12 noon today. We are all very keen. This moment is very special for us. Our blessings are always with them.”
Nidhi Mishra, sister of IAF Group Captain and Astronaut Shubhinshu Shukla, said, “This is a very happy moment for our family. I feel very proud. He has safely reached the orbit, so I am very happy.”
Shubhanshu Shukla’s sister Shuchi Mishra said, “It was a very emotional moment, I do not have words. We are very happy that the first stage has crossed well but it is just the beginning, there is still a lot left.”
Before stepping into space, Shubhanshu Shukla wrote an emotional message on Instagram, in which he thanked his wife Kamna. “On the morning of June 25, when we are preparing to leave the earth, I want to thank all those who are associated with this mission and also the blessings and love of our countrymen. Especially wish- it is not possible without you and even more, it does not matter.” He also shared a picture, in which he and his wife are standing on both sides of a glass wall and sharing the farewell moment.
