A company in Kerala has given such a punishment to its employees in which the company has crossed the limits of cruelty. After the video of this harassment went viral, Kerala Labor Minister V Shivnakutty has sought an inquiry report for the entire incident. The minister clarified that this is such an incident which should not have happened, action will be taken against it. Such harassment should not happen again. Ernakulam Labor Officer has been tasked with investigating the report. Other steps will be taken based on the investigation report.

The Kerala company that has given such a cruel punishment to its employees has been working in Kalur for twenty years. The owner of the company committed inhuman and brutal torture on employees who did not meet the target. Employees have been tortured such that you will also be scared to see. Employees were wandered like a dog by tying a belt around their neck, asked to drink water just like animals and like a dog to lick the rotten fruits lying on the ground.

According to the information, these cruelty is done on marketing employees in the company who come to homes to sell products. Employees who do not meet the target are tortured by taking off the pants and catching each other’s genitals, urinating like a dog in the room, picking up someone’s chewed fruit and spitting on the floor and licking coins lying on the floor. This method is adopted to complete the target from the employees who do not meet the target.
When the employees were questioned about this, they did not answer, because those who answer are threatened. They are given six thousand to eight thousand rupees as salary. On completion of the target, this torture was done by promising promotion and big salary. Women have also become victims of this exploitation here.
